A well-maintained generator is essential for operational reliability. With a customized maintenance contract, we provide preventive and regular maintenance, tailored to your installation and use.
This way, you extend the lifespan of your machine, avoid unexpected downtime and are assured of priority service in the event of problems. You choose the service level, we ensure continuity.
Service
24/7 service for our maintenance customers
At Bobinindus, our service does not stop after installation. Customers with a maintenance contract enjoy 24/7 support in the event of malfunctions . Our service team is ready day and night to intervene quickly with mobile workshops and a large stock of spare parts. If necessary, we will temporarily provide a rental generator so that you never run out of power. One phone call is enough - we will do the rest.
Our average repair time is <5 working days , which gives us the maximum score. If a repair takes longer, we temporarily supply a generator from our rental park. Thanks to our internal transport service and truck, supplemented with SLAs with external transporters, we can switch quickly.
